About the project

Two residential buildings on the slope above Sever, oriented so that the living spaces of most apartments face south-west — towards greenery rather than a car park. Building A has six floors and four maisonettes under the roof; building B has five. Every apartment has a balcony, loggia or terrace, with 58 underground parking spaces and 14 at ground level.
